Sarasota Sisterhood is a women’s social networking group serving Sarasota and Manatee County. Founded in March 2022, it is growing at an impressive rate and currently has over 13,000 local women participating in virtual and in-person networking activities.
Many Sisterhood members are business owners looking for ways to promote their services in the group. This led to the creation of the Sarasota Sisterhood Preferred Vendor Program, which aims to facilitate connections and mutual benefits between our members and business owners.
We aim to use our community, events, and platform to help local businesses reach their desired demographic. We do this in a practical, budget-friendly way and are easy to work with, making us an attractive partner for businesses of all sizes.
Integrity and Commitment
Sarasota Sisterhood’s integrity is of the utmost importance, which is why our founder, Kristen Cooper, personally oversees our SS Preferred Vendor Program. Our group averages 150-500 new transplants to Florida monthly, and new members always ask for local recommendations. We want to offer the best recommendation and a discount to help our transplants adjust to their new sunny surroundings.
To be one of our discount partners, your business will be reviewed to ensure the quality of the service and/or products and the overall customer satisfaction rating is high so our members build trust with our suggested businesses.
To protect our business owners' investment in our SS Preferred Discount Program, we set limits on the number of businesses in each industry that will be chosen and featured.

Every Saturday morning, we will post a link with all Sisterhood vendors offering a discount to our members in the SS FB group and tag @EVERYONE to ensure high visibility. This FB feature sends a notification to all members.

Once a month for 6 months, your business will be listed in the directory link in our monthly email to all members.
We typically reach 100-500 new members each month. Many are transplants seeking recommendations for new businesses. When new members ask for recommendations, they will be given the directory of approved vendors, driving traffic to your business. Social Media Ad spend for this desired demographic for 12 months would be thousands; we created this option to help our SRQ small businesses.
