Join Kristen Cooper from Soul Work University for a group hypnotherapy and sound bath healing session. Life can be difficult with all the rejections, disappointments, betrayals, losses, and burdens we face. When we lose touch with our true selves, we lose our inner power and attract more negativity into our lives. During the session, you will relax in the comfortable lounge chairs of our beautiful movie theater room. You will be guided through light breathing exercises to calm your nervous system while listening to solfeggio frequency music. Kristen will use her soothing voice to lead you through the imagery of letting go of your past, forgiving the pain while keeping the lessons, and restoring your belief in the future. You will experience a sound bath and feel re-centered and connected to your purpose. Kristen has 15 years of experience helping others release trauma through her techniques and mindfulness modalities.
