Throughout our conversation, you will receive quantum healing to help realign your energy centers and leave with clear steps to start your daily routine and soul work homework. You will take an online assessment I review before your session. You will receive a Google Meeting Link Request for our virtual session. Please bring a notebook, pen, drinking water, and an open heart and mind to your virtual session. We will review your assessment, do some light breathing, quantum healing, and hypnotherapy together, discuss what you will let go of, and create the daily program you will commit to for the next 30 days. After our session, you will receive a suggested resource guide tailored to your unique needs (guided meditations, journals, books, and more).
